The study reveals a major challenge for e-commerce players: consumers are increasingly shopping online for a multitude of products and even prefer them to in-store purchases. Thus, nearly one in three consumers in France say they order products online that they would normally have bought in a store, a tendency that is starting to increase since the 3rd wave of the health crisis.
