Eastern Neighborhood & Central Asia GDP growth 2018-2024
The gross domestic product (GDP) of countries that were part of the European Commission's Eastern Neighborhood Policy and Central Asian countries was forecast to drop by 7.7 percent in 2022, negatively impacted by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. In the following year 2023, the region's GDP was expected to grow by 4.9 percent compared to 2022.
