Social media screening of job candidates in Russia 2020
Nearly 45 percent of HR managers and other recruitment personnel in Russia admitted that they looked at the social media activity of job applicants, according to a survey from November 2020. Furthermore, one quarter of respondents stated that they had to reject a candidate due to the content they posted on the internet.
