Latin America: growth of net flight bookings 2020, by country

During the first two weeks of October 2020, flight bookings in Argentina, Suriname, Paraguay, and Venezuela had dropped by more than 95 percent when compared to the same period a year earlier. Apart from Paraguay, these four countries remained closed to foreign tourists as an strategy to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic. Mexico's net bookings of flight tickets had gone down only by 57 percent.
