Consumers' willingness to spend more on sustainable food U.S. 2019, by generation

According to a survey conducted in the second quarter of 2019 in the United States, around 62 percent of Generation Z respondents reported they would be willing to spend more on food products that don't harm the environment. In contrast, only 32 percent of Baby Boomers surveyed expressed the willingness to do so.
