The ratio further indicates that Sweden would benefit the most from a full 5G deployment in smart public services use cases with a benefit to cost ratio at 54.
According to the source, the countries with the highest benefit to cost ratio, such as Sweden, the Netherlands and Belgium, generally have a lower number of municipal buildings per capita. Hence, their higher ratio is generated by the lower costs.
