Leading information security companies in Russia 2022, by revenue

Moscow-headquartered Kaspersky Lab had a revenue of over 27 billion Russian rubles in Russia in 2022. Thus, it was the highest-earning company developing information security products in the country. Softline and Citadel ranked second and third by annual sales, at approximately 25 billion Russian rubles and 23 billion Russian rubles, respectively.

Companies producing system infrastructure software were forecast to generate over 779 million U.S. dollars in revenue in Russia in 2022. The market includes products to protect networks and computers from viruses and other threats. The market was expected to decline compared to the previous year. In 2028, the market size was forecast to reach around 729 million U.S. dollars. 

Global infosec market leaders

Cisco and Palo Alto Networks were the leading cybersecurity vendors worldwide. Symantec Corporation was the global market leader among anti-malware software brands for Windows, while Trend Micro accounted for the highest revenue share in cloud security.
