ETFs worldwide: interest in thematic funds 2023

In 2020, 27 percent of professional investors were most interested in investing in internet- or technology-themed exchange traded funds (ETFs). By 2022 this number had increased to 64 percent before further increasing to 70 percent in 2023. Digital assets and cryptocurrency ETFs increased from 12 percent in 2020 to 53 percent in 2023.
