Measures to improve traveler confidence during flights 2020
In 2020, 81 percent of respondents globally expressed that the use of thermal scanners during the flight would immensely improve their confidence at this juncture of the journey. In addition, 78 percent of respondents believe that pre-landing immigration clearance would be of huge improvement to the inflight experience.
