Bank consumer satisfaction with financial advice worldwide 2024, by country
According to a survey conducted by Statista among more than 75,000 consumers across 33 markets worldwide, consumers in general were satisfied with the financial advice offered by their banks. The global customer satisfaction rating stood at 3.96, with Indonesia scoring highest at 4.25 index points. Nevertheless, customers were much more satisfied with the trustworthiness and digital services of banks.
