In 2023, the estimated market size of real estate for investment purposes reached 13.2 trillion U.S. dollars, down from 13.3 trillion U.S. dollars in 2022. The figures are based on the MSCI Property Index and include property portfolios owned by institutional investors, funds, and large private landlords.
