Share of renewables in primary energy supply in the Dominican Republic 2010-2020
In 2020, renewable sources accounted for over one third of the primary energy supply in the Dominican Republic. This represented the highest contribution in the Caribbean country after three consecutive years of decline. Meanwhile, the Dominican Republic's primary energy consumption reached the peak of the decade in 2017.
