Consumption of olive oil per inhabitant in Tunisia 2013-2018
In the crop year 2017/2018, the average consumption of olive oil per inhabitant in Tunisia was 3.5 kilograms. The consumption increased compared to the previous year, when it stood at only 1.8 kilograms per capita. As of 2019/2020, the total consumption of olive oil in the country was forecast at 43 thousand metric tons.
