Disadvantages of the hybrid work mode according to employees in France 2021
In France, hybrid work mode can generate different types of inconveniences, and are not always perceived in the same way depending on the employee. For instance, in December 2021, it appeared that 59 percent of French teleworkers reported having difficulties in separating the time devoted to their private life from that of their professional life. About 44 percent of them reported experiencing problems related to work organization.
