Preferences for buying cosmetics in a brick-and-mortar store in Poland 2023
In 2023, nearly 70 percent of the surveyed Poles indicated the possibility of seeing or touching goods as an essential factor for buying cosmetics in-store. More than half of the respondents stated that they prefer the option of purchasing and having the product immediately.
