El Buen Fin: safety perception of online purchases in Mexico 2020

According to a survey conducted in Mexico following the celebration of El Buen Fin, more than half (54 percent) of participants said they had felt very safe when acquiring products and services online during the shopping event, while on the contrary about 3 percent said they felt little or not at all safe during their purchases.

To avoid agglomerations and prevent further spread of COVID-19, the 2020 version of the event had an exceptional duration of 12 days, going from the 9th to the 20th of November.

El Buen Fin refers to an annual shopping event in Mexico that takes place in November during the weekend prior to the Mexican Revolution holiday.
