Indicators used to measure CX operational performance in the U.S. 2021
According to the results of a survey on customer experience (CX) among businesses conducted in the United States in 2021, participants were asked what their organizations´ primary indicators to measure CX are. Almost 42 percent of the respondents indicated customer satisfaction as the main indicator to measure CX performance, followed by voice of the customer (Voc) feedback, and customer retention.
