Monthly value of domestic debt held by the banking sector in Ghana 2019-2022
As of June 2022, Ghana's domestic debt held by the banking sector stood at approximately 91.83 billion Ghanaian cedis (GHS), (roughly 7.5 billion U.S. dollars), which was a slight decrease compared to around 91.95 billion GHS in the previous month. The banking sector holds the largest proportion of Ghana's debt, compared to other holders.
