Expectation on red packets for Lunar New Year Singapore 2021

According to a survey on celebrating Chinese New Year during the COVID-19 pandemic, 38 percent of respondents in Singapore stated that they expected to receive red packets, or ang bao, but with a smaller amount of money than usual. Red packets filled with money, or ang baos, are traditionally given during the Chinese New Year festivities. Ang baos are given to children and unmarried adults.
