Most common reasons for leasing new office space in Japan 2022
According to a survey conducted in October 2022 among companies headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, a better location and lower rents were the main reasons for planning to lease new office space. While 29 percent of the respondents cited a better location and lower rents as a reason, workplace changes due to new workstyles were a deciding factor for 27 percent.
