Romania: poll on respecting the child's rights 2020

The majority of people surveyed for this study were of the opinion the that constitutional principle of the best interests of the child was respected only to a small extent between 2016 and 2020. At the same time, 291 respondents stated that during those years the Romanian Government and Parliament did not respect at all the principle of the child's best interests.
