Russians on the shift in self-care habits after COVID-19 2020

In 2020, after the implementation of self-isolation measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 71 percent of Russians stated that they were planning to focus more on their physical health and fitness. At the same time, nearly 65 percent of respondents planned to take more care of their mental health and general well-being.
