Singapore: time before a trip to book travel services on OTAs 2020

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) in November 2020, 54 percent of Singaporeans surveyed booked travel services such as sightseeing tours, admission tickets, tour guides, restaurant bookings and more on online travel agencies several weeks before their trip. In regards to bookings made during the trip, Singaporean respondents booked more travel services than accommodation.
