According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, finding a better price on the official website was the leading reason for not using an online travel agency, as stated by 31 percent of Vietnamese respondents. Additionally, around 28 percent of respondents chose not to book tickets or services through online agencies due to their preference for utilizing services provided by traditional travel agencies.
