Reasons for using online travel agencies for purchasing tickets Thailand 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies conducted in June 2023, 84 percent of the Thai respondents who purchased tickets or services using online travel agencies (OTAs) stated that they used an OTA because of the convenience. Other than convenience, Thai respondents used OTAs for the special offers.
