Reasons for not using online travel agencies for purchasing tickets Thailand 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, 22 percent of the Thai respondents who purchased tickets or services using traditional (offline) travel agencies stated that they found a better price on the official website of the service provider. Meanwhile, eight percent stated that booking in an online travel agency was confusing or not user-friendly.
