In 2021, Corporativo Fragua was the pharmaceutical retailer with the highest net sales value in Mexico, reaching nearly 85 billion Mexican pesos. FEMSA división salud ranked second, with sales amounting to 73.03 billion pesos that year. By that time, Mexico sold around 11 billion U.S. dollars worth of pharmaceutical products.
