In 2021, the average number of recipes known by responding millennials in Canada was approximately six, an increase by 1.1 in comparison to the average number before the COVID-19 pandemic. By contrast, the the average number of recipes known by baby boomers was approximately 7.6, an increase of only 0.2 recipes in comparison to before the COVID-19 pandemic.
