The business environments of the world's seven largest economies have all been impacted by the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19). During the first half of 2020, France measured the lowest business confidence index at minus 3.3 percent. Only China and India showed positive business confidence growth rates of 1.6 percent and 1.2 percent, respectively.
