The average daily turnover of the Milan Stock Exchange, otherwise known as the Borsa Italiana, fluctuated significantly between 2000 and 2022. As of April 2022, the average daily turnover stood at 2.8 billion euros - around four billion euros more than the value recorded in the previous year. Daily average turnover of the Milan Stock Exchange peaked in 2007, when it reached over 6.2 billion euros.
