According to a survey conducted in November 2020 on Chinese cross-border e-commerce companies, more than 80 percent of the surveyed companies stated that they would expand online investment to adapt to post-pandemic market conditions. On the other hand, only 16 percent of cross-border e-commerce enterprises said they would not increase their online investment.
