According to the results of a study conducted among e-commerce professionals in the UK and the U.S. in July 2020, 68 percent of respondents were already using real-time behavioral decisioning segmentation in the effort to personalize their e-commerce websites. Static segments were also used by 68 percent of e-commerce professionals.
