COVID-19: global impacts on family business 2020

In a 2021 online survey, around 55 percent of family business owners said that they expected 2020 to show a growth in sales before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as the results of the appearance of the coronavirus, only 28 percent of the respondents still believed in the growth of sales.
