Welfare services available in companies in Italy 2020
According to a survey conducted in 2020, most of the interviewed companies in Italy offered additional healthcare services as a corporate welfare service. Other common assistances among Italian companies were services for children, education, training, complementary social services as well as fringe benefits and vouchers. On the other hand, some six percent of enterprises declared not to offer any of the services listed.
