Motivational factors to complete an online employee training in French companies 2021
During 2021 in France, many training courses have been forced to switch from face-to-face to virtual class. Virtual classes are judged to be 85 percent effective. Looking at the main motivations to start online trainings, about 26 percent of company representatives mentioned trainings in relation to business issues. However, when it came to actually completing the course, 25 percent of respondents mentioned the importance of the presence of a tutor.
