Between 2021 and 2022, organizations' talent strategies changed significantly, with 55 percent claiming they at least had on in 2021, with this figure dropping to 38 percent in 2022. In 2022, approximately 30 percent of respondents said that their talent strategy completely aligned with their business strategy, an increase of almost 10 percent since 2021.
