Level of active involvement at work among Japanese women 2020
According to a survey conducted in 2020 on female participation in Japan, the majority of female respondents was not able to tell to which degree women were actively involved at work. While almost 37 percent of surveyed women felt that female employees act at least to some extent proactive in their workplace, over 22 percent did not believe that women take on an active role in their job.
