Mexico: main sectors served by offshore services 2020

The Mexican BPR/KPO - ITO industry provides services from a wide range of branches of industry to enterprises located all over the world. According to a study conducted in the North American country in 2020, around 73 percent of the participating companies provided support to the financial sector, making it the most attended sector by Mexican offshore service providers. Retail and consumer goods came in second place, with 58 percent of the companies surveyed offering their assistance.
