YoY revenue change in the cultural sector in France 2020, by culture type
Many areas of the cultural sector experienced a significant loss of business in France during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This loss of activity was even more severe for in-person activities, particularly during the strict confinements put in place in 2020. Thus, the live performance sector saw its turnover drop by more than 40 percent in 2020 compared to the previous year.
