According to a survey from September 2020, 28 percent of respondents in China and 25 percent in Indonesia started using remote learning services for their children since the COVID-19 situation started. 21 percent of Indonesian respondents started using videoconferencing for professional purposes, and 17 percent remote learning for themselves since COVID-19. 13 percent of Chinese respondents and 10 percent of Indian respondents started using grocery delivery service since the COVID-19 outbreak.
