Cumulative domestic debt of Kenya 2020-2021
As of June 2021, the domestic debt from Kenya accumulated to nearly 3.7 trillion Kenyan shillings (Ksh), approximately 32.7 billion U.S. dollars. The value was equivalent to 48 percent of the country's total debt. Kenya's domestic debt increased by more than 400 billion KSh (around 3.5 billion U.S. dollars) from July 2020.
