Brazil: opinions on the quality of public transport 2020

In Brazil, public transportation is mainly associated with buses, according to a study conducted in 2020. When asked what was the first word that came to mind when talking about public transport, 22 percent of Brazilian respondents mentioned the road vehicle. Meanwhile, words like "terrible", "overcrowded" and "bad" were also frequently invoked, mentioned by eight to nine percent of respondents.
