Median value of fintech M&A deals in EMEA 2017-2023
The median deal value of fintech mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) reached a new high of 53.3 million U.S. dollars in 2022. This value was significantly higher than that of the previous year, when the median deal value was 39.3 million U.S. dollars. In 2023, the median deal size dropped notably, averaging 32 million U.S. dollars.
