China: belief and daily usage of traditional Chinese medicine 2021

A survey among 747 consumers in China revealed that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a strong influence on Chinese health perceptions and daily practice. Approximately half of the respondents believe in traditional Chinese medicine concepts and include them in their daily diets. Meanwhile, around one out of ten respondents reportedly don’t have high opinion these concepts and their day-to-day usage.
