Use of e-commerce platforms among Italian B2B companies 2020

Only one in four big Italian companies operating in the B2B sector used an e-commerce platform in 2020. A survey conducted among large Italian companies showed that 15 percent of them used their own platform, while nine percent provided products and services through third-party e-commerce sites.
