In 2017, 93 percent of postal operators from Arab countries reported that the introduction of a new business department for e-services was one of the major strategies used in the provision of digital postal services. In addition, 63 percent of respondents expressed increasing funds for the development of an electronic infrastructure as one of the major services contributing to the provision of e-services.
