Expected services/benefits with a paid membership among consumers in the U.S. 2021
In 2021, many consumers in the United States had certain expectations in terms of extra services or benefits if they were to join a loyalty program and/or pay a membership fee. For instance, approximately six in ten U.S. consumers expected minimum order amounts not to be required in order to get free shipping on said items. Roughly 40 percent expected ordered goods to be delivered on the same day as they were ordered if they joined.
