Japan: digital financial channel usage during COVID-19 pandemic 2020

According to a survey conducted in Japan in June 2020, nine percent of the respondents have started checking their bank account balance and statements online during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eight percent reported increased usage of digital channels to check their bank account balance.
