Poland: price difference between new and used apartments 2019 | Statista

During the observed period, a decline in the nationwide price difference between new and used housing in Poland can be observed. The average transaction price per square meter of a used apartment was 19 percent lower than the price of a new apartment. This difference decreased by 23 percent compared to 2015.
