In November 2022, the number of building approvals for dwelling units excluding houses in the private sector in Australia reached around 4.49 thousand. The number of building approvals decreased from about 5.6 thousand in the same period last year. Meanwhile, the number of building approvals for houses in November 2022 was 10.1 thousand.
